Requirements

To assist the Demi Chef De Partie with the daily kitchen tasks as per assigned kitchen. To ensure cleanliness in all food preparation areas are well-maintained in compliance with the HACCP standards. Any combination of education and experience or training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. At least 1 year's previous experience preferred in the following areas: Butchery, Hot Kitchen, Bakery, Pastry.
