Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma related to landscaping/horticulture. Possess strong knowledge of gardening practices, plant care, inventory management and the ability to perform all related tasks. Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse landscaping team. Upskill and train Islanders and team members, fostering career growth. Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must. Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks. Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-driven.
