Requirements
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role within a Luxury resort. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff effectively. - Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and HACCP guidelines. - Hands-on experience with inventory control, stock rotation, and cost management. - Positive thinking with a 'can do' attitude. - Flexible with working hours, hands on, people's person and service oriented. - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt as necessary, while taking initiative. - Strong communication skills, flair performance and able to do multi-task.<br><br>Additional Information:<br>Your application should include a detailed resume with a recent picture.
