Requirements

2+ years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a boutique or small hotel. Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations is an advantage. Strong understanding of front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic administrative tasks.
