Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star luxury hotel or resort. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation), strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills. Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and experience working on islands or remote resort operations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team. Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
