None<br><br>Additional Information:<br>The advertised position is based at K. Male'. Scope and General Purpose of Job: Responsible for maximization of room revenue for the company operated properties. Assist the Director Direction of Revenue in providing the S&M team with internal and external marketing intelligence to support informed decision that result in an overall increase of revenue, maximize profitability, with an objective of achieving a Revenue Market share. Work closely with the Cluster Reservations Manager/ Cluster Reservations Manager and provide him/her with full support in executing the department duties effectively. Full in charge of TUI extranet for all SSR resorts. Administration: Assist in preparation of a Department Operations Manuals. Have regular team meetings, together with Reservations and sales, work through daily, monthly and yearly targets. Assist in the preparation of the annual Marketing Business Plan ensuring divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the properties. Ensure that department operates with a sales attitude and all team members are aware of sales opportunities, that results in maximization of revenues. Maintain and answer all correspondences in a timely manner in accordance with established standards. Marketing: Assist with inventory and forecasting methods of both FIT and MICE based business to ensure optimal strategies and controls are in place to minimize displacement of revenue. Monitors and provides feedback of the properties’ effective use of systems, tools and procedures in areas of business intelligence, revenue management inventory management and dynamic pricing and give recommendations and advice as necessary, to maximize property competitiveness in the marketplace.
