Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. Proven experience in Revenue & Reservations management. Proficiency with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office, Fornova is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Flexibility to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment. Manage reservation systems to ensure accurate and efficient handling of bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Work closely with the Corporate Revenue and Distribution team. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability Oversee distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs) and direct booking platforms, to optimize occupancy and revenue distribution. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to identify revenue opportunities and inform pricing decisions. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies and enhance the overall guest experience. Conduct regular revenue meetings and provide revenue forecasts to inform strategic decision-making. Train and mentor reservations team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards. Conduct regular audits of reservation and revenue data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile revenue data and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
