Requirements

Minimum 5 years of international experience at 5-star luxury hotel/resorts as a Senior Chef De Partie. Strong knowledge of fine dining philosophies and principles. Ideal candidate should have outstanding people skills and enjoy interacting with guests. He/she must have an outgoing, energetic, cheerful & positive personality. Creative and capable of developing exciting menu offerings. Must have excellent knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards. Good command in written & spoken English. Flexible to work around guest demands with an eye for detail. Ability to prioritize guest needs and always maintain a courteous demeanor.
