Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality Management or related Minimum of 2 years work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting Excellent communication skills in English Previous experience in Maldives resort or in a remote location Familiarity with HR software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive & flexible attitude. Candidates must demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills. Respond to all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. Track all health and medical checks in the employee files. Maintain and update the HR System with information regarding new hires and other relevant details. Foster excellent relationships with team members, peers, and all associates of the hotel. Ensure punctuality and uphold excellent grooming and hygiene standards. Adhere to all key security mandates at all times. Assist with other operational/manage ad-hoc enquiries supporting benefits administration, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.
