Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Hospitality studies with certifications in Training - CHE, CHT from a recognized national / International institute. Minimum 2 years of experience as a L&D Manager in a luxury hotel or resort. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, problem-solving skills, leadership and management skills. Ability to adapt to the hospitality industry, handle multiple tasks, and manage training effectively.
