Requirements

Previous experience in Fine Dining or luxury hotel/resort. Able to work in a remote location/island life. Multilingual (English and Dhivehi speakers are essential). Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Detail oriented/task motivated, ability to work well under pressure. Computer knowledge, word, excel, Opera System. To consistently provide a very personal, detailed, seamless service to guests in a highly professional manner. Maintains seamless interaction with guests. Ensure guests profiles are updated to provide useful information about the resort and attend any customer inquiries. Act as call center agent and resort concierge. Responsible for Front Office administrators with guest's domestic and boat transfer arrangements. Maintain a full comprehensive knowledge of the product and services available in hotel, other Accor properties and the local area.<br><br>Additional Information:<br>Job reference: RMM-0205
