Requirements
2+ years experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required; other languages a plus). Familiarity with accommodation management, ferry bookings, and guest services. Technical savvy with experience in MS Office suite and property registry. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
