Requirements

Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Good organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop management systems Oversee daily operations of the garage, ensuring efficiency and productivity Manage and coordinate schedules for all garage staff Monitor and ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance work Ensure health and safety standards are met Communicate with clients regarding service needs, timelines, and updates Maintain inventory and order parts and supplies as needed Prepare reports and updates for management All other duties of a similar nature and scope assigned.<br><br>Additional Information:<br>This employer does not accept Online Application through Jobsicle for this job.
