Must be able to work shift duty and demonstrate flexibility with working hours. Fluency in both English and Dhivehi is essential for effective communication. Hard-working, dedicated, and focused on providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in computer software to effectively navigate customer information systems. Capability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Willingness to provide support and care to hospital patients. Prior experience in healthcare or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
