Requirements

Helps the Pastry Chef on Pastry Kitchen’s tasks, including setting and upholding the necessary culinary standards. Examine every freezer and cooler in the baking and pastry departments. To ensure cleanliness in all food preparation areas, and to be aware of potential dangers of failing to comply with correct cleaning schedules. Follows consistently the sanitation requirements in accordance with HACCP guidelines and addresses any issues immediately. Responsible to supply assigned workstation with all needed products and culinary equipment for prompt production. Any combination of education, practice, or training that gives the necessary talents, knowledge, and skills. It is necessary to have at least 03 years of prior experience in a comparable setting in the same role. Effective communication abilities
