Requirements

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Minimum one year previous Hotel Restaurant / Rooms Service /Mini bar experience required. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the mini bar on daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking all products from the daily market list sheet. Locks up and stores all beverage and other products items at all times. Issues the bar and offers assistance to guests if needed at all times. Requisition of physical stock taking with ventilation sheet. Do stock rotation of all bar items (FIFO).
