Requirements

1. Job Overview Procurement Assistant is responsible for purchasing activities and ensuring that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. Additionally, responsible for maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality. 2.Key Responsibilities - Track supplier’s payment terms and company contracts to ensure all dues paid on time. - Enter all requests to add new items/ suppliers to the procurement system. - Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. - Maintain and update supplier information such as delivery times, product ranges, etc. - Maintain good supplier relations and negotiated contracts. - Oversee and supervise employees and all activities of the purchasing department. - Follow and ensure the company's procurement policies and procedures It has been committed. - Review, compare, and analyze products and services to be purchased. - Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records in the procurement system. 3. Qualifications - GCE O’ Level. - Minimum 2 years work experience 4. Skills/Attributes: - Fluent in English, both oral and written. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) . - Good analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Good communication and time management skills. - Attention to detail.
