Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in a similar role in luxury hotel/resort will be an advantage.<br>- Hospitality certificate or a Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.<br>- Must have experience as an order taker, personal assistant or in room dining.<br>- Ability to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service.<br>- Fluent in written & spoken English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br>- Friendly, helpful, confident and an engaging personality.<br>- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
