Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:<br>- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>- 2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a similar role.<br>- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.<br>- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.<br>- Ability to design engaging training materials using digital tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms).<br>- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.<br>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.<br><br>Additional Information:<br>Deadline: Before 22nd April 2025<br>Please email your updated CV & letters of service to: careers.vilureef@sunsiyam.com
