Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Guest Experience Manager. Required Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree for the relevant field. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera. Strong working knowledge of computer systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time-management and organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively.
