Requirements

Assist in the management and maintenance of inboard and outboard systems to ensure operational excellence. Provide support in leading a multinational engineering team, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimize operational disruptions. Coordinate daily engineering tasks without affecting fleet operations Contribute to the management and smooth functioning of a marine fleet Diploma or higher education Level on Marine engineering. Hands-on expertise with inboard and outboard marine systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle complex challenges. Previous experience in managing or assisting with the management of engineering teams and marine fleet operations
