Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years experience in 5* hotels or resorts Excellent communication in both English and Russian languages Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, i.e. problem-solving and decision-making Fun, friendly and outgoing personality. Naturally engaging with an eye for detail. A collaborative team player with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Business acumen, guest PR skills and personal flair Knowledge of Opera and Micros would be an advantage Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
