Please submit Applications in hard copy or as instructed below Position Overview: The Admin and HR Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of HR and administrative operations at MGH Thimarafushi. This role supports staff by maintaining records, coordinating with the Corporate HR team for compliance and addressing employee concerns while enforcing company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain up-to-date staff records including personal files, contracts, attendance, leave records and disciplinary records for all TMF team members. • Track and update daily attendance logs and report absences and irregularities to Corporate HR. • Coordinate with the Corporate HR team to ensure timely submission and renewal of Work Permit medicals, insurance and other associated fees. • Attend to general employee concerns, including salary issues, contract clarifications and work-related grievances. • Support staff with medical consultations, referrals and follow-up care when required. • Assist in general administrative tasks required in the day-to-day operations of MGH TMF. • Maintain office supplies, records and filing systems. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including document collection and clearance procedures. • Organize transport and logistics arrangements for staff as needed. • Ensure company policies, procedures and workplace regulations are clearly communicated and properly enforced at the TMF site. • Report policy breaches or serious staff issues to the Corporate HR team or management. • Monitor and assist in implementing disciplinary actions in accordance with company guidelines. • Act as a liaison between MGH TMF and Corporate HR to ensure smooth communication and alignment on HR matters. • Support interdepartmental coordination when administrative or HR issues arise.
