Requirements

A degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Fine Dining restaurant in a luxury resort/hotel. Strong background in hot and cold kitchens. Ability to work cohesively as a team for smooth operations. In-depth knowledge of food safety management, including HACCP standards.
