Frontline of the experience, tuning every guest interaction to perfection and making magic happen from arrival to departure Rock the island stage at guest arrival, departure and throughout their stay Be the focal person for resort info, vibes and insider tips Anticipate needs before the guests even whine the tune Handle requests like a pro and follow through with finesse Keep your finger on the pulse of resort happenings and guest histories Share the beat with your bandmates (a.k.a. team members) for amplified service 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at 5-star resorts/hotels Fluent in both English and Arabic Relevant technical qualifications for the position A natural crowd-pleaser (warm, welcoming and a great communicator) Confidence to upsell and enhance the guest journey with authentic experiences that rock Fun, friendly and outgoing personality A team player with a can-do attitude that keeps the energy high Always stage-ready with a well-presented rockstar look to match Hard Rock brand Knowledge of Opera and Micros would be an advantage Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
