Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role at a resort or hotel in Maldives. In-depth knowledge of resort food & beverage operations. Diploma or Degree-level qualification in a relevant field. Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. People-oriented and result-oriented. Self-motivated and outgoing personality. Excellent Administrative skills and strong ability in MS Office. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
