Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star resort or hotel (Maldives experience preferred). Strong knowledge of LQA standards and implementation. Proven leadership, training, and team management skills. Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage. High attention to detail, guest-oriented approach, and passion for delivering excellence. Hands-on, proactive, and well-organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
