Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, demonstrating leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities. Strong understanding of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices. Very knowledgeable and experience in handling HRIS System. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English, for interacting with employees, stakeholders, and external audiences. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Ability to work under pressure. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to upholding a work environment that prioritizes the effectiveness. Capability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and contribute to strategic planning. Strong analytical skills to assess HR-related challenges and find innovative solutions. Upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive HR matters.
