Requirements

Previous experience in Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in luxury hotel/resort. Strong leadership ability to train and motivate team. Degree in Leisure Management or related fields. Certificates in an alternative wellness practice e.g. Homeopathy, Naturopathy, TCM etc. Certificate in Health Safety & Environment (HS&E). Experience with integrated wellness approaches / working models. Sports and body/mind practice techniques.
