Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA). Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior financial leadership role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a multi-property or cluster environment. Proven ability to drive financial performance and deliver key business insights. Strong command of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, tax regulations and hotel finance operations. Experienced in managing statutory audits and liaising with external financial bodies. Skilled in financial systems such as Fusion, Opera, Micros and advanced MS Excel. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
