Requirements

Selling Medianet content, products and services to customers. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools. Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer by delivering the most effective and friendly customer service experience. Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers. Attending various sales events including meetings, front office and trainings. Resolve Customer complaints via Phone, email, social media or any other platform. G.C.E A’ / 'O' Level qualification; Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision; Excellent interpersonal & Communication Skills; Available to work at flexible timings. Qualification: O Level; Experience: 1 - 2 years
