Key Responsibilities: IT Management: Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across all technology platforms. Provide comprehensive IT support to all departments within the company, addressing hardware, software, network, and system related issues. Website Updating & Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain company websites to ensure they are current, user friendly, and optimized for performance and SEO. File Server Management: Manage and maintain file servers to ensure efficient and secure access to files and data for all users. Network Configuration: Configure and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Microsoft and Email Database Management: Administer Microsoft applications and email databases to support internal communication and document management. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, presentations, and social media posts as needed. Document Management: Organize and manage digital documents to ensure easy access and retrieval. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in website management, IT administration, and file server management. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar, Microsoft Office Suite, and email management tools. Strong knowledge of network configuration, IT infrastructure, and file server management. Excellent problem solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: 1 - 2 years; Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
