About the Role: As an experienced Draughts Person, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans and collaborating with engineers, architects, and project teams to bring concepts to life. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently while meeting all design and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and plans using CAD software. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements. - Revise drawings and plans based on feedback and project updates. - Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations. - Maintain accurate documentation and version control of drawings. - Support the team in resolving design-related issues during project execution. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience as a Draftsperson in the construction industry - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 2D and 3D or other similar tools. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings. - Good understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proven experienced draftsman in both Architectural & Structural disciplines. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD & Sketch-Up. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree; Experience: 3 - 5 years
