Requirements
Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts Minimum 4 years’ experience in a five-star luxury property in similar capacity Must be a European National Fluent in verbal & written communication in English. Specialized in authentic and contemporary European cuisine, with knowledge of regional European Flavors and techniques International experience with Tropical Island exposure will be an added advantage Extensive experience and proficiency in various cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and culinary styles and menu planning. Proficiency in inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skill with interpersonal skills Strong understanding of food safety and health standards. Experience in working in remote island setting will be an advantage
