Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven ability to uphold and promote brand values through training and development initiatives. Expertise in both traditional and modern training methodologies. Experience managing training budgets aligned with property financial objectives. Skilled in designing and facilitating training programs across all levels. Strong background in evaluating training program effectiveness. Prior experience in conducting audits, training assessments, and process improvements. Excellent operational, administrative, IT and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of LQA and Forbes service standards. Strong leadership, motivational and people management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience working in the Maldives or other remote locations is highly desirable.
