Requirements

This position is open only for Maldivian nationals. Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel Ability to manage guests’ expectations and ensure their stay at the resort is pleasant and comfortable. Ability to provide required information to both internal and external inquirers. Ensure all the guest profiles are maintained and updated in Opera system. Ensure arrival registration cards are received and send updated checked-in report to Front Office Manager. Must have good knowledge of resort emergency evacuation procedures. Positive attitude, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
