Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Human Resources or any related field. Minimum 2 years’ extensive experience in similar role with a five-star resort. Certification in training & development such as CPLP, CPTD will a plus. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Familiarity with various training technologies such as Learning Management System (LMS), virtual training Platforms & e-learning tools. Ability to communicate fluently in English both written and verbal. Ability to work extended hours when necessary. Hardworking with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
