Requirements

F&B Manager will be responsible to oversee, manage, direct and control the food & beverages operation, quality of execution, standards of service, guest satisfaction, colleagues’ performance, projects, preventive maintenance (in collaboration with maintenance team), quality of food & beverages, financial performance of F&B outlets, HACCP control & implementation.<br><br>Successful proven experience in managing Food & Beverage department of luxury Hotels/Resorts is essential. Experience in Maldives and All-Inclusive operations will be preferred.<br>Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.<br>Innovative in creating a memorable F&B experience for the guest and proven track record of F&B event management.<br>Excellent leadership qualities with ability to manage a diverse team.<br>Able to communicate fluently in English. Additional languages will be a plus.<br>Empathetic, team builder, extraversion and task oriented.<br>Able to work in a remote location.<br>Single basis only.
