Requirements

Previous experience in leading Fine dining Italian Restaurants. Experience in luxury hotels/resorts will be preferred.<br>Expert in Italian Cuisine.<br>Highly competent in HACCP and Food Safety standards.<br>Strong leadership qualities and able to manage a diverse team.<br>Able to communicate efficiently in English. Knowledge of Italian Language is a must.<br>Strong in guest interaction & problem-solving abilities.<br>Pleasant personality with a positive can-do attitude.<br>Able to work in a remote location or island life.
