Requirements

Education in Marine Engineering or related field.<br>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.<br>Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.<br>Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.<br>Prior experience with Scania and Caterpillar engines is highly preferred.<br>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
