Requirements

Successful proven experience in managing Food & Beverage department of luxury Hotels/Resorts is essential. Experience in Maldives and All-inclusive operations will be preferred. Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. Innovative in creating a memorable F&B experience for the guest and proven track record of F&B event management. Excellent leadership qualities with ability to manage a diverse team. Able to communicate fluently in English. Additional languages will be a plus. Empathetic, team builder, extraversion and task oriented. Able to work in a remote location. Single basis only.
