Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, E-Commerce, Marketing, Business or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel e-commerce and distribution, including at least 2 years in a cluster or regional role. Hilton brand system proficiency is a must. Proven experience in reservation management and revenue analysis within the hospitality industry Strong understanding of hospitality digital marketing, OTA landscape and revenue optimisation. Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of digital metrics and ROI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure. Attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
