Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a buffet kitchen or high-volume culinary setting, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel. Formal culinary training or diploma from a recognized culinary institute. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Hot kitchen / Cold kitchen experience. Strong understanding of buffet service, food safety, and presentation standards. Familiarity with international cuisine and ability to prepare a wide range of buffet dishes (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and themed nights).
