Come be a part of creating unforgettable memories for our guests! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean allocated villas for guest arrival and in-house guests. Replenish room supplies and bathroom amenities. Check and replenish the minibar. Report lost and found in the Housekeeping Office. Ensure that items are properly recorded. Report any damage and maintenance issues in the villa. Prepare bed decoration as requested Responsible for turndown service in the Villas. Attend to guests' requests and needs, and handle their complaints promptly. QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related Minimum of 2 years work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting Excellent communication skills PERSONAL QUALITIES: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive & flexible attitude. Candidates must demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and energetic work style.
