Qualifications: O level standard Ability to speak English Customer service experience is an advantage Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with their purchases Provide detailed product information and recommendations Maintain store cleanliness and product displays Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment Support the sales team in achieving sales goals Requirements: Minimum O level standard of education Proficient in English Previous experience in customer service is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude
