Requirements

Experience in a similar position in Culinary Department in a 5-star resort. Solid organizational skills and capable of maintaining a cohesive team. Highly motivated, possessing leadership qualities and a proven track record with small and medium-sized luxury resorts and hotels. Good experience in leading and training the team to provide luxury service. Passionate about customer service, cheerful and friendly personality. Good level of written and spoken in English Language, additional language skills will be an advantage. Must be enthusiastic about working with a diversified workforce.
