Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of service standards, safety regulations, and guest relations best practices.
