Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within F&B operations. Proficiency in POS systems and budgeting/financial management tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Ability to manage teams, ensure service quality, and work flexible hours as required. Priority will be given to Maldivians.
