Requirements

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Manage spa bookings and scheduling. Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about spa treatments and facilities. Coordinate with therapists and spa team to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a tidy and serene reception environment. Ensure accurate billing and POS entries. Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Fluency in Arabic is preferred (additional languages are an advantage). Knowledge of spa software or booking systems is a plus. Well-groomed, discreet, and calm under pressure.
