Requirements

Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Teppanyaki Chef in a reputable hotel/resort. Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience in Japanese cuisine. Extensive knowledge of sushi and teppanyaki preparation techniques, ingredients, and presentation. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail. Creativity in developing new dishes and presentations. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Must provide a portfolio of your works when applying for the position.
